Training & Compliance is being built to track every certification and check your team needs, including COSHH, working at height, first aid, IOSH, manual handling and DBS checks. Each team member gets one record showing issue date, expiry, provider and an uploaded certificate.
Expiry alerts are planned to fire at 90, 60 and 30 days before a certification lapses, with a live countdown shown on every team member’s record so nothing catches you out.
Alerts will go to admins and managers responsible for scheduling, so the people booking work in are the first to know a certification needs renewing, not the operative left to chase it alone.
Training & Compliance is designed to sit alongside Xota’s scheduling, so an operative with an expired certification is automatically blocked from being booked onto work that requires it, the same way Xota already blocks double-bookings on the rota.
